In this page you will find the policy of our portal “skiareavalchiavenna.it” concerning personal data of users consulting it. This information is rendered according art. 13 of Law no. 196/2003 ” Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” to users interacting with the portal (from here on, "Users"), in order to protect their personal data accessible electronically starting from the address http://www.skiareavalchiavenna.it (from here on, the “Site”) and not for other sites connected via link.

This information in inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by EU authorities for personal data protection on 17th May 2001, from working Group as of art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE , in order to identify some requisites for online collection of personal data; in particular this concerns the methods, times and type of information that the controllers of the data processed must provide to users connecting to their web pages, irrespective of the purpose of the connection.

  1. Data Controller The Data Controller for personal data concerning Users of our Site is Skiarea Valchiavenna S.p.A. with registered office in Madesimo, Via per Motta, 6.
  2. Purposes of data processing Users' data are collected and used to consent navigation of the Site, to improve user navigation experience and also to respond to requests and communication coming from the Users.
